Common use of Covenant Defaults Clause in Contracts

Covenant Defaults. (i) There shall occur a default in the due performance or observance of any term, covenant or agreement to be performed or observed pursuant to any of Sections 6.1(f)(ii), 6.2, 6.3, 6.7, 6.10, 6.11, 6.14 or 6.17 or any Sections in Article 7 or Article 8.

Covenant Defaults. (i) There shall occur a default in the due performance or observance of any term, covenant or agreement to be performed or observed pursuant to any of Sections 6.1(f)(ii), 6.2, 6.3, 6.7, 6.10, 6.11, 6.14 or 6.17 or any Sections Section in Article 7 or Article 8.
