Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.01, 6.02, 6.03 or 6.09(c) or in Article VII; or
Specific Defaults. Any Credit Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.03(a), Section 6.04(a) (with respect to corporate existence), or Article 7 on its part to be performed; or
Specific Defaults. The Borrower shall fail to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Article VII or Section 6.02, 6.05 (with respect to the Borrower's existence), or 6.10(b);
Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 6.03(a), 6.12, 7.02, 7.03, 7.04, 7.05, 7.06, 7.09, 7.10 or 7.11; or
Specific Defaults. Any Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Sections 7.03(a), 7.05, 7.06, 7.07, 7.14 or Article VIII; or
Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of SECTION 7.01, 7.02, 7.03 or 7.09 or in ARTICLE VIII; or
Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 7.3(a) or in Article VIII.
Specific Defaults. The breach by such Borrower of any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.2, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.14 or 6.15.
Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of subsection 7.3(a), Section 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.8, 8.11 or 8.13.
Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Sections 6.02(a) (Notice of Other Events), 6.03
(a) (Maintenance of Existence; Conduct of Business) with respect to the corporate existence of the Company and the Material Subsidiaries, 6.05 (Maintenance of Government Approvals), 6.08 (Ranking; Priority) or fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Article VII (Negative Covenants); or
