Common use of COVENANT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE Clause in Contracts

COVENANT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE. The Promoter agrees to sell and the Allottee agrees to purchase the Bungalow on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, subject to Allottee: (i) agreeing to pay within due dates the Other Charges and Deposits specified in Clause 45 herein from time to time; (ii) agreeing to pay within due dates the Common Expenses specified in Clause 46 herein from time to time; (iii) agreeing to abide by and adhere to the Common Rules specified in Clause 47 herein from time to time; and (iv) agreeing to abide by, observe and perform the specific covenants, stipulations, restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement; 36 PAYMENT OF TOTAL PRICE AND OTHER CHARGES & DEPOSITS
