Common use of COVENANT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE Clause in Contracts

COVENANT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE. The Promoter/Transferor agrees to sell and the Allottee/Transferee agrees to purchase the Bungalow and the undivided proportionate share in the Common Areas, Allottee/Transferee on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, subject to Allottee/Transferee: (i) agreeing to pay within due dates the Other Charges and Deposits specified in (ii) agreeing to pay within due dates the Common Expenses specified in Schedule 6 herein from time to time; (iii) agreeing to abide by and adhere to the Common Rules specified in Schedule 7 herein from time to time; and (iv) agreeing to abide by, observe and perform the specific covenants, stipulations, restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement;

COVENANT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE. 2.1 The Promoter/Transferor Promoter agrees to sell and the Allottee/Transferee Purchaser agrees to purchase the Bungalow Apartment together with the Parking Space and the undivided proportionate share in the Common Areas, Allottee/Transferee on (Purchaseron the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, subject to Allottee/TransfereePurchaser: (i) accepting and agreeing to abide by the Mutual Easements and Reserved Matters specified in Schedule 6 herein; (ii) agreeing to pay within due dates the Other Extra Charges and Deposits specified inin Schedule 7 herein from time to time; (iiiii) agreeing to pay within due dates the Common Expenses specified in Schedule 6 8 herein from time to time; (iiiiv) agreeing to abide by and adhere to the Common Rules specified in Schedule 7 9 herein from time to time; and (ivv) agreeing to abide by, observe and perform the specific covenants, stipulations, restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement;

COVENANT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE. 2.1 The Promoter/Transferor Owner agrees to sell and the Allottee/Transferee Allottee agrees to purchase the Bungalow Apartment together with the Parking Space and the undivided proportionate share in the Common Areas, Allottee/Transferee on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, subject to Allottee/Transferee: (i) accepting and agreeing to abide by the Mutual Easements and Reserved Matters specified in Schedule 6 herein; (ii) agreeing to pay within due dates the Other Charges Extras and Deposits specified inin Schedule 7 herein from time to time; (iiiii) agreeing to pay within due dates the Common Expenses specified in Schedule 6 8 herein from time to time; (iiiiv) agreeing to abide by and adhere to the Common Rules specified in Schedule 7 9 herein from time to time; and (ivv) agreeing to abide by, observe and perform the specific covenants, stipulations, restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement;
