Covenant Not to Compete Following Termination. For three (3) years following the termination of this Agreement by MANAGEMENT SERVICES pursuant to Section 5.2, the PC shall not enter into any management or administrative services agreement or any similar arrangement with any person or entity for the provision of the same or similar services as MANAGEMENT SERVICES provides to the PC under this Agreement.
