(a) Executive acknowledges that the business of the Company is national in scope, that its products and services are marketed throughout the entire United States, that the Company competes in nearly all of its business activities with other individuals or entities that are, or could be, located in nearly any part of the United States and that the nature of Executive’s services, position, and expertise are such that he is capable of competing with the Company from nearly any location in the United States.
