Covenant Not to Solicit Employees. The Executive agrees not to, directly or indirectly, solicit or employ the services of any officer or employee of the Bank (including an individual who was an officer or employee of the Bank during the one year period following the Executive’s termination) for one year after the Executive’s employment termination.
Covenant Not to Solicit Employees. During the Restricted Period, within the Territory Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicit, recruit or entice, directly or indirectly, any employee of any member of the Bank Group to leave the employment of such member to work with Executive or with any person, partnership, corporation, limited liability company or other entity with whom Executive is or becomes affiliated or associated.
Covenant Not to Solicit Employees. The Executive agrees not to, directly or indirectly, solicit or employ the services of any officer or employee of the Association (including an individual who was an officer or employee of the Association during the one year period following the Executive’s termination) for two years after the Executive’s employment termination.
Covenant Not to Solicit Employees. The Executive agrees not to solicit the services of any officer or employee of the Bank for 24 months after the Executive’s Separation from Service.
Covenant Not to Solicit Employees. The Executive agrees not to solicit the services of any officer or employee of the Employer for one year after the Executive’s employment termination.
Covenant Not to Solicit Employees. In partial consideration for Individual’s access to Confidential Information and the benefits provided by this Agreement, Individual agrees that while employed by the Company and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after the termination of such employment (for any reason), Individual shall not solicit, endeavor to entice or induce any employee of any member of the Company Group to terminate such Person’s employment or service with such member or accept employment with anyone else; provided, however, that a general solicitation of the public for employment shall not constitute a solicitation hereunder.
Covenant Not to Solicit Employees. Employee agrees that during his or her employment with the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter he or she will not directly or indirectly solicit, induce, confer or discuss with any employee of the Company or attempt to solicit, induce, confer or discuss with any employee of the Company the prospect of leaving the employ of the Company or the subject of employment by some other person or organization. Employee further agrees that during his or her employment with the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter he or she will not directly or indirectly hire or attempt to hire any employee of the Company.
Covenant Not to Solicit Employees. During the period after termination during which Employee receives any Severance Pay, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, induce or attempt to influence any employee of Employer to terminate employment, except in his capacity as an officer of Employer in the ordinary course of business or as approved by the Board of Directors of Employer. The sole remedy of Employer for breach of the covenant set forth in this Section 8 shall be the forfeiture of the right of Employee to receive any unpaid Severance Pay.
Covenant Not to Solicit Employees. During the Employment Period and the Restrictive Period, the Executive shall not directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of any other Person, whether as principal, agent, stockholder, employee, consultant, representative or in any other capacity:
(a) recruit, solicit or encourage any person to leave the employ of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; or
(b) hire any employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as a regular employee, consultant, independent contractor or otherwise.
Covenant Not to Solicit Employees. Employee agrees that during his or her employment with the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, he or she will not directly or indirectly, recruit, hire or attempt to neither recruit or hire, directly or by assisting others, any other employee of Fifth Third, nor encourage any such employee to leave the employment of Fifth Third. Among other things, this paragraph means that Participant agrees not to engage in discussions with any officer, manager, employee, or independent contractor of Fifth Third in an attempt to induce or encourage the individual to end his or her relationship with Fifth Third, not to share any Fifth Third officer, manager, employee, or independent contractor’s name or contact information with any other person or entity so that the person or entity can speak to Fifth Third’s officer, manager, employee, or independent contractor about potentially leaving Fifth Third, and not to participate in any interviewing or hiring of a Fifth Third officer, manager, employee, or independent contractor.
