Common use of Covenant Not to Disclose, Use or Exploit Clause in Contracts

Covenant Not to Disclose, Use or Exploit. Except as reasonably necessary to perform his duties, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, disclose, divulge or otherwise communicate to anyone or use or otherwise exploit for the benefit of anyone, other than Employer, any Confidential Information.
