Covenant Not to Disclose. (i) During and after the Executive’s employment with the Company, the Executive will not use, disclose, or reveal to any third party any Confidential Information (defined below) except when acting in good faith within the scope of the Executive’s duties, with prior written authorization from the Board, or in exercising a legal right to communicate with a government agency. Nothing in this Section shall be deemed to limit the Executive’s non-disclosure obligations under any applicable rule, statute, regulation or other Company policy.
