Common use of Covenant of Non-Interference Clause in Contracts

Covenant of Non-Interference. During the Employment Period and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, with respect to any person or entity which is a then current employee, consultant, customer, or vender of the Bank, the Parent or any of the Affiliates, the Executive shall not, whether for his own account or for the account of any third party, interfere with the relationship of the Bank, the Parent or such Affiliate with such person or entity, or endeavor to entice such person or entity to cease being an employee, consultant, customer or vendor of the Bank, the Parent or such Affiliate.
