Covenant of Nondisclosure of Confidential Information. During the Term of Employee's employment hereunder and thereafter, and except as required by any court, supervisory authority, or administrative agency or as may be otherwise required by applicable law, the Employee shall not, without the written consent of the Board of Directors of the Employer or a person authorized thereby, disclose to any person (other than his personal attorney, or an employee of the Employer or an Affiliate, or a person to whom disclosure is reasonably necessary or appropriate in connection with the performance by the Employee of his duties as an employee of the Employer) or utilize in conducting a business, any confidential information obtained by him while in the employ of Employer, unless such information has become a matter of public knowledge at the time of such disclosure.
