Covenant of Nonsolicitation of Customers and Depositors. Upon termination of the Employee's employment hereunder and for a period of six (6) months thereafter, the Employee will not directly or indirectly, either as a principal, agent, employee, employer, stockholder, co-partner or in any other individual or representative capacity whatsoever, solicit, or assist any other person in so soliciting, any depositors or customers of the Employer or its Affiliates to make deposits in, borrow money from, or become customers of any other financial institution conducting a Competing Business, limited to such depositors or customers with whom Employee has had material contact during the Term.
