Common use of Covenant of Nonsolicitation of Employees Clause in Contracts

Covenant of Nonsolicitation of Employees. Upon termination of the Employee's employment hereunder and for a period of six (6) months thereafter, the Employee will not directly or indirectly, either as a principal, agent, employee, employer, stockholder, co-partner or in any other individual or representative capacity whatsoever, induce any employees to terminate their employment with Employer its Affiliates.
