Covenant Regarding Disclosure or Use of Confidential Information. (i) Employee acknowledges that during the Employment Term and as a result of his employment by the Company, he has and will continue to learn, obtain and have access to confidential and proprietary information regarding the business and affairs of the Company and its Affiliates.
