Covenant Running With the Land - Binding Effect. Each and every conveyance of the Subject Property, for all purposes, shall be deemed to include this Covenant and to fully incorporate all terms of this Covenant by this reference. This Covenant constitutes a real covenant and equitable servitude that runs with the Subject Property through the expiration of the Term and burdens the Subject Property for the benefit of the County, and shall be binding on the Subject Property Owner, and on the heirs, personal representatives, assigns, 1essees and licensees, any transferee of the Subject Property Owner, and any other person or entity who becomes the Subject Property Owner of the Subject Property.
