BINDING EFFECTIVE AGREEMENT. This Release shall be binding on the Executive, and upon the Executive’s heirs, administrators, representatives, executors, successors and permitted assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of the Company, its related entities, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, and to its administrators, executors, successors and assigns. BINDING EFFECTIVE AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors and assigns. (1. 75% increase)

BINDING EFFECTIVE AGREEMENT. All of the Terms, Conditions and Provisions of this Agreement, including recognition of the Bargaining Unit Classifications contained herein, shall be binding upon the Company and its Successors or Assigns.

BINDING EFFECTIVE AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors and assigns. Steps will be awarded to teachers for the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, and 2021-2022 school years. After 15 years – 1.25% After 20 years – 1.75% After 25 years – 2.00% Years of service is defined as years of service in the bargaining unit from the last date of hire. Periods of layoff and unpaid leaves (including worker’s compensation after sick leave proration has expired under Article 8-A-4) will not count as years of service. Teachers who were term substitutes immediately prior to their appointment to a regular teaching position within the bargaining unit, shall be given longevity credit for that term substitute service. Longevity payments will be made along with the regular payroll.

BINDING EFFECTIVE AGREEMENT. A. Except as set forth in Section A below, this Agreement shall be effective upon the later of ratification by the parties or July 1, 2020 and shall continue in full force and effect until June 30, 2023 The changes in hourly pay rates for the 2020-2021 contract year will take effect upon ratification by the parties of the amendments and extension being made to the 2020- 2021 master agreement. B. If either party desires to terminate this Agreement they shall, ninety (90) calendar days prior to the termination date, give written notice of termination. If neither party shall give notice of termination, or withdraws the same prior to the termination date of this Agreement, it shall continue in full force and effect from year to year, thereafter, subject to notice of termination by either party on ninety (90) calendar days written notice prior the current year of termination. C. If either party desires to modify or change this Agreement it shall, ninety (90) calendar days prior to the termination date, or subsequent termination date, give written notice of amendment, in which event the notice shall set forth the nature of the amendment or amendments desired. If notice of amendment has been given in accordance with this paragraph, this Agreement may be terminated by either party on ten (10) days written notice of termination. Any amendments that may be agreed upon shall be a part of this Agreement without modifying or changing any of the other terms of this Agreement. D.
