Common use of COVENANT TO PAY RENT Clause in Contracts

COVENANT TO PAY RENT. Tenant shall pay the base rent, and any additional rent as hereinafter provided, to Landlord at Landlord's above-stated address, or at such other place as Landlord may designate in writing, without demand and without counterclaim, deduction or setoff.

COVENANT TO PAY RENT. Tenant shall well and truly pay to Landlord the base rent, Base Rental and any additional rent as hereinafter providedherein reserved, to including all payments required under this Lease, in lawful money of the United States at the office of Landlord at Landlord's above-stated address, or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing, writing without demand therefor, on the days and without counterclaim, deduction or setoffin the manner herein prescribed for the payment thereof.
