Covenant to Provide Information. The Pledgee covenants to inform the Pledgor: (a) upon request once every thirty Business Days, of the status of the enforcement of the Pledge and the material steps taken to enforce the Pledge; and (b) in writing within twenty Business Days after the termination of the enforcement of the Pledge, the proceeds realized by the enforcement of the Pledge, the use of the proceeds by the Pledgee and the costs incurred by the Pledgee by enforcement of the Pledge; and the Pledgor hereby agrees that the provision of information in the above scope is sufficient for the Pledgor.
