Agreed Form. Any reference to a document in the “agreed form” is to the form of the relevant document in the terms agreed between the Seller and the Purchaser prior to the execution of this Agreement and signed or initialled for identification purposes only by or on behalf of the Seller and the Purchaser (in each case with such amendments as may be agreed by or on behalf of the Seller and the Purchaser).
Agreed Form. Any reference herein to a document being in "agreed form" means that the document in question has been agreed between the proposed parties thereto, subject to any amendments that the parties may agree upon prior to the Closing Date.
