Covenants and Responsibilities of Practice Manager. During the Term of this Agreement, Practice Manager shall provide all the management, public relations, administrative and business services that are necessary and appropriate for the day-to-day administration of the non-medical aspects of Medical Practice’s operations, including without limitation those set forth in this Article IV, in accordance with the law and all rules, regulations, and guidelines of applicable governmental agencies.
