Covenants Binding Sample Clauses

Covenants Binding. The covenants, agreements, terms, provisions and conditions of this Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of Landlord and, except as otherwise provided herein, the successors and assigns of Tenant.

Covenants Binding. It is mutually agreed that all covenants, conditions and agreements set forth in the Lease (as hereby amended) shall remain binding upon the parties and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.

Covenants Binding. The covenants, agreements and conditions herein contained shall apply to and bind the successors of the parties hereto and inure to the permitted assigns of ITEX and SELLER.
