Covenants Binding. The covenants, agreements, terms, provisions and conditions of this Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of Landlord and, except as otherwise provided herein, the successors and assigns of Tenant.
Covenants Binding. It is mutually agreed that all covenants, conditions and agreements set forth in the Lease (as hereby amended) shall remain binding upon the parties and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
Covenants Binding. The covenants herein shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, and administrators of the parties to this Lease.
Covenants Binding. All of the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall extend to, and be binding upon, the Parties, their respective heirs, representatives, successors and assigns, and shall constitute covenants running with the land with respect to the AMI Lands.
Covenants Binding. All of the terms, provisions, and obligations contained in this Agreement shall be binding upon the City and Developer. Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Agreement to the contrary, during the term hereof, the Project and Project Site shall be subject to this Agreement, and any development of any portion of the Project and Project Site shall be subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Covenants Binding. This Agreement is binding on the Owner and all persons who acquire an interest in the Lands.
Covenants Binding. All covenants and representations made in this Lease are dependent, and will be binding upon, apply to, and be for the benefit of any successor in interest to the parties. No provision of this Lease may be modified or additional requirements established without the express written approval of the Lessor.
Covenants Binding. The terms, covenants, agreements and conditions contained in this Cooperative Endeavor Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and proper assigns.
Covenants Binding. All the covenants and agreements of Licensee herein contained shall be binding upon the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of Licensee and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of City.
Covenants Binding. Section 24.00. It is understood and agreed that all the covenants, agreements, terms, conditions, provisions and undertakings in this Lease or in any renewals thereof contained, shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns of the respective parties hereto, the same as if they were in every case named and expressed, and that the same shall be construed as covenants running with the land; and whenever in this Lease reference is made to either of the parties hereto, it shall be held to include and apply also (whenever and wherever applicable) to the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns of such party, the same as if in each and every case so expressed.
