Common use of Covenants in Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Covenants in Subcontracts. All obligations imposed on Licensee under this Agreement pertaining to the maintenance and operation of the Licensed Premises and compliance with the DBE requirements in this Agreement are deemed to include a covenant by Licensee to insert appropriate provisions in all Subcontracts covering work under this Agreement and to enforce compliance of all Subcontractors with the requirements of those provisions.

Covenants in Subcontracts.
