Covenants Not to Compete or Solicit Company Clients and Employees Confidential Information. The Company and the Executive acknowledge and agree that the restrictions in Section 7 are necessary and reasonable to protect the Company’s disclosure of its Confidential Information to the Executive and are designed to enforce the Company’s promise to disclose its Confidential Information to the Executive and the Executive’s agreement not to disclose or use the Confidential Information except in connection with the Executive’s employment with the Company and to return the Company’s Confidential Information as provided for in this Agreement.
