Notice to New Employers. Before you accept employment with any other person or entity while this Section 8 is in effect, you will provide the prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section 8 and will deliver a copy of the notice to the Company.
Notice to New Employers. Before you accept employment with any other person or entity while any of Sections 5.3, 5.4 or 5.5 is in effect, you will provide the prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section 5 and will deliver a copy of the notice to the Company.

Before you accept employment with any other person or entity while any of Section 8(c), (d), (e) or (f) is in effect, you will provide the prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section 8. You will deliver a copy of the notice required by the preceding sentence to MF Global no later than 30 days after commencing employment with such prospective employer.
Notice to New Employers. Before the Executive either applies for or accepts employment with any other person or entity while any of Section 7(a), 7(b) or 7(c) is in effect, the Executive will provide the prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section 7 and will deliver a copy of the notice to the Company.

Before you either apply for or accept employment with any other person or entity while any of Section 10 (c), (d), or (e) is in effect, you will provide the prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section 10 and will deliver a copy of the notice to the Group.

During the Restricted Period: (a) Executive agrees to provide a copy of this Agreement to any person or entity that proposes to employ or utilize the services of Executive (as an employee, consultant, independent contractor or otherwise) before accepting the proposed employment or work; and (b) if Executive accepts an offer of employment with any Competitor, Executive agrees to provide Company with notice of Executive’s acceptance before beginning active employment or work with the Competitor or within seven (7) days after Executive accepts the offer of employment, whichever is sooner. Executive agrees that the Company may notify third parties (such as a prospective employer of Executive) of this Agreement and provide an opinion regarding its application and enforcement without such action being the basis of any legal claim or complaint by Executive.
Notice to New Employers. Before Employee either applies for or accepts employment with any other person or entity while any of this Section IV is in effect, the Employee will provide the prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section IV and will deliver a copy of the notice to the Company.
Notice to New Employers. During Executive’s employment with Company, and for two (2) years after Executive’s employment ends, Executive agrees to provide a copy of this Agreement to any prospective employer before accepting any offer of employment. If Executive accepts an offer of employment with any Principal Competitor or any Competitor, Executive agrees to provide Company with notice of Executive’s acceptance within seven (7) days after Executive accepts the offer of employment.
Notice to New Employers. Before you accept employment with any other person or entity while your Employee’s Agreement is in effect, you will provide the prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of the Employee’s Agreement and will deliver a copy of the notice to the Company.

Before the Executive either applies for or accepts employment with any other person or entity during the Non-Competition Period, the Executive will provide the prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section 5 and will deliver a copy of the notice to the Bank.
