Covenants of the Buyer and Seller. The Buyer covenants and agrees with the Seller that the Buyer shall not renew or prosecute any claims of the Patents pertaining specifically to [*]. The Seller covenants and agrees with the Buyer that the Seller shall not prosecute or assert any claims to the Invention except as may be permitted under the License. The Seller further covenants and agrees that it shall not take any action which will adversely affect the prosecution of the claims to the Invention by the Buyer and the Buyer further covenants and agrees that it shall not take any action which will adversely affect the prosecution of the claims to [*] by the Seller.
