Covenants of the Institution. The Institution makes the following covenants:
Covenants of the Institution. (a) The Institution agrees to provide or cause to be provided insurance or evidence of insurance as the Purchaser and/or the Issuer may reasonably request from time-to-time and as otherwise required pursuant to Section 4.08 hereof. The original certificates thereof shall be deposited with the Purchaser and the Issuer, as the case may be.
