Covenants of the Licensor. 7.1 The Licensor, during the Term, must not grant any other licence for the use, reproduction, implementation, marketing or distribution of the Intellectual Property in the Territory without the prior written consent of the Licensee.

The Licensor shall not make any change to the Premises that could adversely affect access to or use of the Site by the Licensee at any time throughout the Term without the prior written consent of the Licensee, which may not be unreasonably withheld.
