Common use of Covenants of the Servicers Clause in Contracts

Covenants of the Servicers. Each Servicer hereby covenants to the Depositor and the Trustee for itself only as follows: (a) such Servicer shall comply in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, in all material respects with all reasonable rules and requirements of the insurer under each Primary Insurance Policy; and (b) no written information, certificate of an officer, statement furnished in writing or written report delivered to the Depositor, any affiliate of the Depositor or the Trustee and prepared by such Servicer pursuant to this Agreement will contain any untrue statement of a material fact.
