Covenants Relating to Collateral. (a) Whenever any Credit Party shall receive any Instrument or Chattel Paper which is intended to be Collateral under the Guarantee and the Collateral Agreement, CCHC shall cause such Credit Party to comply with the provisions of Section 5.2 of the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
