No Residential Use. No Qualified Property shall ever be occupied as a residence.
No Residential Use. Tenant shall refrain from using or permitting the use of the Premises or any portion thereof as living quarters, sleeping quarters or lodging rooms.

Borrower (i) represents and warrants that Borrower has no intent to ever occupy any Unit as a residence or to lease or otherwise permit such occupancy of a Unit and (ii) agrees that Borrower will never so occupy, lease or permit occupancy of any Unit; provided, however, that Borrower may use and occupy Model Units solely for the purpose of maintaining a sales office and displaying such Units to prospective purchasers of Units.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the BMR Units may be used for residential use in accordance with the BMR Lease as described in Section 9.15, or as may be permitted by the City.

No Residential Use. Except as previously disclosed in writing to Purchaser by Seller, no portion of the Hotel is being used for any residential purpose other than occupancy for Hotel guests.
No Residential Use. It is agreed by and between Lessee and Lessor that Lessor does not warrant or represent that any building or other structure on the Premises is fit for human habitation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Lessee shall prevent any use of the Premises or any Improvements or other structure for a residence or any other human habitation, unless otherwise permitted under a separate written residential lease agreement with Lessor.
No Residential Use. Lessee shall not develop or use, nor permit the development or use of any hangar or other facility on the Premises for residential use.
No Residential Use. Neither the premises or any part thereof shall be used ------------------ for residential purposes and a violation of this restriction shall be a material breach of the lease.
