Covenants Relating to Customers and Prospective Customers. The Executive agrees, for a period of two years following his Termination Date (regardless of whether termination of his Bank and Company employment was voluntary or involuntary, with or without Cause, or with or without Good Reason), and only as to the Bank’s Market Area, not to do any of the following: (i) solicit (directly or indirectly) any Bank or Company customers, or the customers of any Affiliated Companies, to do business with a legal or natural person other than the Bank, the Company, or the Affiliated Companies; (ii) solicit (directly or indirectly) any prospective customers of the Bank, the Company or the Affiliated Companies to do business with a legal or natural person other than the Bank, the Company, or the Affiliated Companies; and (iii) solicit (directly or indirectly) any customers to cease doing business with the Bank, the Company or the Affiliated Companies.
