  • Late payment on Zero Coupon Notes If the amount payable in respect of any Zero Coupon Note upon redemption of such Zero Coupon Note pursuant to paragraph (a), (b), (c) or (d) above or upon its becoming due and repayable as provided in Condition 11 is improperly withheld or refused, the amount due and repayable in respect of such Zero Coupon Note shall be the amount calculated as provided in paragraph (e)(iii) above as though the references therein to the date fixed for the redemption or the date upon which such Zero Coupon Note becomes due and payable were replaced by references to the date which is the earlier of:

  • Interest on Delinquent Payments Without waiving any other right or action available to Authority, in the event of default of Company's payment of Rents or other charges hereunder, and in the event Company is delinquent in paying to Authority any Rents or other charges for a period of five (5) days after the payment is due, Authority reserves the right to charge Company interest thereon from the date the Rents or other charges became due to the date of payment at one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law.

  • Payment on Early Termination Upon termination pursuant to Section 14 (Early Termination), District shall pay Contractor as follows:

  • Payment on Death If an employee dies who was entitled to accumulated annual leave under the provisions of this Article, the heirs of such deceased employee shall be paid an amount of money equal to the number of unused hours of annual leave earned or accrued multiplied by the hourly rate of such deceased employee.

  • Payment on Maturity Date Borrower shall pay to Lender on the Maturity Date the outstanding principal balance of the Loan, all accrued and unpaid interest and all other amounts due hereunder and under the Note, the Mortgage and the other Loan Documents.

  • Early Redemption Amounts For the purposes of paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) above, Notes will be redeemed at an amount (the “Early Redemption Amount”) calculated as follows:

  • Vacation Payment on Termination An employee whose service is terminated by the Company or by resignation shall be entitled to a cash payment in lieu of an outstanding vacation allowance, calculated proportionately from July 1 marking the beginning of the 12-month period in which the vacation entitlement applies. Upon the death of an employee, his or her estate shall be entitled to the same payment. The payment will be based on:

  • Redemption for tax reasons The Issuer may redeem the Notes in whole, but not in part, at any time at their Early Redemption Amount, together, if appropriate, with accrued but unpaid interest to (but excluding) the date fixed for redemption under this Condition 6(b), if the Issuer shall determine that as a result of any change in, or amendment to, the laws (or any regulations or rulings promulgated thereunder) of the jurisdiction in which the Issuer is incorporated or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax, or any change in the application or official interpretation of such laws, regulations or rulings, which change or amendment becomes effective on or after the Issue Date of the Notes, the Issuer would be required to pay Additional Amounts, as provided in Condition 7, on the occasion of the next payment due in respect of the Notes. Notice of intention to redeem Notes will be given at least once in accordance with Condition 16 not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days prior to the date fixed for redemption under this Condition 6(b), provided that no such notice of redemption shall be given earlier than 90 days prior to the effective date of such change or amendment and that at the time notice of such redemption is given, such obligation to pay such Additional Amounts remains in effect. From and after any redemption date, if moneys for redemption of Notes shall have been made available for redemption on such redemption date, such Notes shall cease to bear interest, if applicable, and the only right of the holders of such Notes and any Coupons appertaining thereto shall be to receive payment of the Early Redemption Amount and, if appropriate, all unpaid interest accrued to (but excluding) such redemption date.

  • Payment on Termination If an employee is terminated after the end of a year of employment, the employee is deemed to have been given any untaken leave from the date of termination and shall be paid for that leave accordingly. The employee shall also be paid for any public holidays falling within the period of leave in addition to payment for the leave. If an employee is terminated before the end of a full year of employment, the employee shall be paid pro-rata annual leave based on the period of service.

  • Salary Rate Calculation and Payment The biweekly salary rate of employees serving on twelve (12) month (calendar year) appointments shall be calculated by dividing the calendar year salary rate by 26.1 pay periods.
