COVENANTS SHALL RUN WITH THE LAND. The covenants contained in this Mortgage shall run with the land and bind Mortgagor, each heir, legal representative, successor and assign of Mortgagor and each subsequent owner, encumbrancer, tenant and subtenant of the Premises or any portion thereof, and shall inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by, Mortgagee and each successor and assign of Mortgagee.
