Covenants to Provide Notice. (a) The parties acknowledge and agree that, pursuant to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tenant OSA, BCLC may terminate the Tenant OSA by notice to the Tenant. If BCLC terminates the Tenant OSA then it will concurrently with providing notification of such termination to the Tenant, provide notice to the Landlord (an “OSA Termination Notice”).
