Common use of Covenants With 10 Days Grace Clause in Contracts

Covenants With 10 Days Grace. The Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement on its part to be observed or performed, which is set forth in the last sentence of Section 5.04, or in Section 5.05, 5.06, 5.07, 5.08, and such non-observance or non-performance shall continue unremedied for a period of more than 10 days;

Covenants With 10 Days Grace. The Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement on its part to be observed or performed, which is set forth in the last sentence of Section 5.04, or in Section 5.05, 5.06, 5.07, 5.08, 5.05(ii) and such non-observance or non-performance shall continue unremedied for a period of more than 10 days;
