Coverage by Operator. (A) Operator will procure and maintain, at its sole expense, with solvent underwriters acceptable to Customer, policies of insurance in favor of Customer, its subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies and the agents, directors, officers, and employees of any one or more of the above described parties (“Customer Group”) in the minimum amounts outlined below:
