Common use of Coverage Requirements Clause in Contracts

Coverage Requirements. Each of the following shall be included in the coverage or added as an endorsement: a. Agency and its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers shall be covered as additional covered parties with respect to RGS’ general commercial, and automobile coverage for claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or relating to RGS’ performance of this Agreement and to the extent caused by RGS’ negligent act, error, or omission. b. An endorsement to RGS’ general commercial, and automobile coverages must state that coverage is primary with respect to the Agency and its officers, officials, employees and volunteers. c. All coverages shall be on an occurrence or an accident basis, and not on a claims-made basis.
