Coverage Rules and Regulation. 1. Employee coverage for all insurance paid for by the Board shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the carrier. 2. An Employee is responsible for coverage application and/or notification of change in family status. Failure to apply for proper coverage and/or notification of change in family status is entirely the responsibility of the employee and shall not result in any cost or expense to the district.
