Coverage Times. Troubleshooting and Additional Support will be provided to the Client by Consultants between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays, May 1 and the day after Thanksgiving. These times are referred to in this Agreement as “Consultant Business Hours”.
