Disabled For Long Term Disability claims commencing before September 2, 2007 During the initial 24 month period, a member who is receiving Long Term Disability benefits will continue to participate in the City's: 🞟 Group Life Insurance Plan, 🞟 Dental Plan, 🞟 Supplementary Health Care Plan, 🞟 Health Care Spending Account Plan, and 🞟 Alberta Health Care Plan, in accordance with the terms and conditions of those Plans. Member contributions to such Plans will be paid by the Long Term Disability Plan except that, if the member qualifies for the waiver of premium benefit under the Group Life Insurance Plan, no contributions to the Group Life Insurance Plan will be required while the member so qualifies.
