Common use of Covered Facilities Clause in Contracts

Covered Facilities. PeaceHealth St. Xxxx Medical Center (“Employer”) consists of an acute care facility at the Employer’s Delaware and Broadway campus locations and out-patient medical clinics operated by PeaceHealth Medical Group (“Medical Group”) and laboratories operated within these facilities in Longview, Washington. These entities are referred to collectively herein as the “Employer”.
