PeaceHealth St. Xxxx Medical Center (“Employer”) consists of an acute care facility at the Employer’s Delaware and Broadway campus locations and out-patient medical clinics operated by PeaceHealth Medical Group (“Medical Group”) and laboratories operated within these facilities in Longview, Washington.
