Common use of COVERED STORAGE Clause in Contracts

COVERED STORAGE. Salt piles are required to be covered at all times while at the Contractor’s storage areas, except during active loading of delivery vehicles. Salt that is not covered is grounds for the State to reject any salt being delivered from uncovered storage locations.
