COVID-19 Assumption of Risk. In consideration of the mutual promises made herein, and having acknowledged the risk of COVID-19 being contracted during the provision of the Services, Contractor assumes all risks related to the performance of the Services, including any potential exposure to COVID-19, whether known or unknown to me, including travel to and from the location or facility where the Services will be performed, or any events incidental to providing the Services.
