Project Assumptions. Below is a list of standard Project Assumptions governing Our Professional Services engagements, unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable Statement of Work:
a. If not purchased separately, You agree to be responsible for completing the Visual Communication Software configuration of all PCs and meeting FWI configuration guidelines prior to implementation.
b. Professional Services hours estimated under a Statement of Work include efforts to troubleshoot any defects in Your systems, but are limited to only the Hardware and Visual Communications Software provided by FWI. You acknowledge that any failures that are directly attributable to Hardware provided by You or other factors in Your environment, such as network, physical infrastructure, etc., may result in additional Professional Services fees.
c. If, during the implementation, You introduce new stakeholders and/or project resources, or Your existing team members are not available for required approvals and reviews, additional Professional Services hours and/or expanded implementation timeframes may be required.
d. If You require the project to be put on hold for any reason, You will be responsible for all Professional Services hours utilized before notification is received. All projects that are removed from hold will be subject to new schedules, timeframes, and resource assignments. Additionally, after ninety (90) days, projects may require re-engagement to include re-scoping.
e. Remote access for Content Manager is required to be confirmed a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance of scheduled training.
f. A cancellation penalty equal to 100% of estimated hours will apply to any training time not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance for remote training or at least seven (7) days in advance for onsite training, with the exception for cancellations due to an emergency.
Project Assumptions. The project will specifically and exclusively address the objectives, services, and deliverables outlined in Sections 1 and 2 above. Xxxxxxx’s proposed project staffing and fees are based on the assumptions outlined below. ⮚ Veritas agrees, where appropriate, to: 1) take full advantage of any relevant work that has already been done by the Company, and 2) utilize, wherever practicable, the business, information, and human resources available to the Company. ⮚ The Company agrees to provide to Veritas, on a timely basis, all reasonable requests for information, project status reports, and/or necessary feedback on work-in-process. ⮚ Veritas will not commence work that is outside the scope of the project, and Company will not incur additional professional fees, unless further discussed and agreed upon in an amended or supplemental engagement letter. ⮚ Veritas and the Company will be in frequent communication to update each other on progress and to work together on project goals.
Project Assumptions a. Oracle will determine if recommended changes need to be tested in a sandbox instance prior to being applied to production or can be applied directly to production.
b. All Services are performed remotely unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
c. All Services communication are in English.
d. Oracle resources are not obligated, without Oracle’s written permission, to perform Services outside normal business hours or in excess of ten (10) hours per day (or fifty (50) hours per week).
e. The Services described above will be limited to supported browsers. Oracle’s updated published list of supported browsers can be found on SuiteAnswers within in Your Oracle NetSuite instanceby searching for “supported browsers” in the search tool and clicking on the resulting document. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Oracle may in its sole discretion de-support or refuse to perform Services on any supported web browsers or mobile device operating system that it believes to be vulnerable or otherwise insecure and will inform You of such decision.
f. Oracle will utilize responsive design techniques for mobile websites. Responsive design will apply only to the currently popular commercial tablets (iOS and Android) that utilize standard screen ratios.
g. Your primary form of communication with Oracle outside of meetings described as a part of the Services described in section A above will be by email and the Oracle NetSuite case management tool.

Project Assumptions. This section lists the assumptions that have been made in preparing this work statement. • This work statement is based on the best information available at the time it was written. • Gen-Probe will provide timely responses to requests for design inputs for supporting information. • Stratec and Gen-Probe will each appoint a single point of contact for the management of this project. • Gen-Probe will make appropriate personnel available to Stratec engineers for questions and reviews. • Stratec will make appropriate personnel available to Gen-Probe engineers for questions and reviews. • Project priorities can change due to circumstances such as urgent improvements needed to support commercial instruments, additional customer features or increased complexity of implementation. Mutual agreement from Program Managers from both parties can adjust the deliverables for interim milestones without altering the Work Statement.
Project Assumptions a. Some Services will be provided remotely via conference calls and web conferences as determined by Oracle.
b. All project documentation, presentations and project communication will be in English.
c. Standard functionalities will not be documented.
d. The Services are designed to Go-Live in the production environment at one time with all users (i.e. Go-Live is not performed in stages).
e. Any targeted timelines or completion dates discussed with You are estimated dates and are intended for planning purposes only.
f. Anything not expressly listed in the Description of Services is not included in the scope of, or estimated fees for, the Services. Items identified as out of scope include, without limitation, the following; the following is not an exhaustive list:
i. Performance testing, tuning or any management of performance services.
g. Training Assumptions:
i. All training will be done remotely and in English.
ii. All training materials will be provided in English.
iii. eLearning tutorials will be delivered to You via the instance.
Project Assumptions. Phase 1 Assumptions: • UMS utility research will stem from previous records investigation work performed by the Client. UMS requests all previously obtained records be provided upon Notice to Proceed. Reasonable efforts will be made to obtain supplemental utility records to produce the deliverables within the project schedule. The timely cooperation of utility owners may be necessary to develop the utility inventory map for facilities within the project area. • All field work will be completed while the project corridor is clear of snow and ice. • Labor to complete line of sight surveying is currently not included within this scope of work. UMS assumes RTK GPS/GNSS survey operations will be sufficient to map all utilities. • Sufficient project survey control exists along the project corridor for RTK GPS survey operations; consequently, labor for establishing survey control is currently not included within this scope of work and the associated cost estimate. • A maximum of two days of traffic control will be required for Phase I operations. Traffic control measures are not expected to require flagging operations. • Confined space entry will not be required for this effort. All storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and any other measurements within confined spaces will be taken from the surface without entry into the confined space. • Aerial clearance measurements will not be required for the Phase 1 effort. The locations of aerial wires, however, will be noted for clearance observations by others or during subsequent Phase 2 operations and are not included in this work scope and estimate. • Vertical (depth and elevation) QL A observations will be tied to project control to an average accuracy of +/‐ 0.1 feet. • UMS assumes all work will be completed during regular working hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and without start/stop time restrictions. • Field crews will use paint to mark out the utility alignments and assume no paint removal will be required. Phase 2 assumptions: • Extreme weather conditions can significantly impact crew production rates and schedules. For this submittal, UMS assumes the project corridor will be clear of snow and ice during all field operations. UMS will keep the Client apprised of any schedule delays or budget impacts should current conditions effect the XXX xxxxx campaign. • Client or Owner will obtain all necessary permits, right‐of‐entries, etc. (including private land access and railroad access) to allow UMS field personnel to work in a...
