By executing a Sales Agreement or Service Order Form, Customer grants permission to Masergy to use Customer’s CPNI to evaluate Masergy’s existing CC Service(s) and new opportunities to serve Customer better. Masergy may use Customer’s CPNI to identify additional communications related services or products that Customer may desire that will complement the CC Service(s) already provided to Customer.
