Common use of Crane operator Clause in Contracts

Crane operator. Pile setter: In the case of a job site located outside an employee’s region of residence: a) When the employer’s manpower need for this trade does not exceed 5 employees, it may hire 3 such employees in accordance with the terms and conditions specified under Article 15. 01. The other employees are hired from the region where the work is carried out, provided the employees possess the experience required to operate the cranes or equipment concerned and based on the work to be done. b) When the employer’s manpower need for this trade exceeds 5 employees, the employer may hire a maximum of 15% of this manpower in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article 15.01, for a minimum of 3 employees from this trade. The other employees are hired from the region where the work is carried out, provided the employees possess the experience required to operate the cranes or equipment concerned and based on the work to be done.
