CREATING AND MAINTAINING JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND RATINGS. Job Evaluation Representatives 4.01 The City and the Union shall designate in writing to each other, their representatives for handling all matters relating to job descriptions and ratings in accordance with the terms of this Manual. It is agreed that there will be three (3) representatives from the City and three (3) representatives from the Union. The Union representatives will receive their regular rate of pay for time spent in carrying out their duties under this Manual during their regular working hours. 4.02 It is agreed that all job descriptions and ratings which are in effect as of the date of execution of this Manual (which includes all jobs set forth in Schedule βAβ to the Collective Agreement) and any and all jobs that may subsequently be agreed upon or determined in accordance with this Manual shall continue in effect unless the job content is significantly changed by the City to the extent that the job will move into another wage grade or the job is deleted by the City.
