Common use of Creation and Activation Clause in Contracts

Creation and Activation. In order to activate the Subscriber Account, the Subscriber must make necessary Payments and also communicate its consent, by accepting the terms of the CAF and this Contract. Such consent shall be communicated by the Subscriber by communicating the passcode received by the Subscriber through SMS on the Registered Mobile Number of the Subscriber, with the Installer at the time installation. Such verification by passcode shall be considered as an acceptance by the Subscriber of the CAF and this Contract and it shall be deemed that the Subscriber has accepted delivery of the CPE. The Subscriber shall always provide the Company with accurate, current and complete information of the Subscriber, including in the CAF. The Subscriber shall promptly inform the Company about any change in such information.

The Subscriber shall always provide the Company with accurate, current and complete information of the Subscriber, including in the CAF. The Subscriber shall promptly inform the Company about any change in such information.
