P ersonal Use Sample Clauses

P ersonal Use. The Service and the Company Hardware is provided by the Company to the Subscriber only for personal and non-commercial use and viewing in India. Consequently, the Subscriber is prohibited from using the Services and/or the Company Hardware for commercials purposes or for any other purpose not contemplated under this Contract such as sale of access to the Service or sale of the Company Hardware. I nterruption of Services. Company shall use reasonable endeavours to maintain the maximum possible uptime of the Services, as mandated under law, however, the Company cannot guarantee that the Services will be fault free without any interruption, disruption or downtime. Company may suspend the Services: (i) to carry out maintenance or testing; (ii) to safeguard the security and integrity of the Services or for technical purposes; or (iii) if so directed by the government. Company may, from time to time, block any of the Services and/or any individual Subscriber, if required to do so under Applicable Law or if directed by a court or judicial authority or government authority or government regulator, government department or government ministry, including MIB, TRAI. Company shall not be liable to refund any amounts to the Subscriber nor compensate the Subscriber for any such disruption of Services or for any of the above reasons, unless (i) otherwise required by law; or (ii) such amounts are proven to be payable by the Company pursuant to a direction, order or judgment of a court or judicial authority or government authority or government regulator or government department or government ministry. Certain services (including, without limitation, some DTH Services, sporting events and broadcast network Services) may be blacked out in your viewing area if required for legal purposes or under Applicable Law

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • Alcohol Use Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.

  • General Use You may install and Use a copy of the Software on your compatible computer, up to the Permitted Number of computers.

  • Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.

  • Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.

  • Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.

  • General Use Restrictions Licensee shall not use, copy, merge, or transfer copies of the SOFTWARE or the Documentation except as may be expressly and specifically authorized in this Agreement. Licensee shall not knowingly take any action that would cause the SOFTWARE to be placed in the public domain.
