Creation and Name of Association. The Founding and Charter members, by their execution of this Agreement and pursuant to Chapter 184 of the Wisconsin Statutes, hereby create an unincorporated, non-profit association (the “Association”). The name of the Association shall be Waukesha Education and Community Area Network, Unincorporated Association (WECAN, U.A.).
